CONTEXT

Sony is one of the world's largest consumer electronics companies, a Japanese multinational whose products have shaped global culture for decades. Designing for sony.com means operating at the scale of one of the most visited and recognisable brand presences on the internet, where every visual decision carries the weight of a company whose design philosophy, Visionary, Integrity, Empathy, has been setting industry standards since 1961.

DEISGN SOLUTION

The work spanned the full design pipeline across flagship product lines including Bravia televisions. Speakers and XM headphones. Visual concepts and photographic direction were developed as storyboard layouts, defining the image language, compositional logic and spatial hierarchy that would become live pages. Those frameworks then directed photography produced in Japan, translating a design vision into physical reality and back into screen. From the first sketch to the live page, the same thinking runs through every frame: a design language built around restraint, precision and the absolute primacy of the product.
